The true Church

The Layman Explanation of the true church;

The true church was the ordaining of Jesus the Christ by God at the moment when Jesus of Nazareth was Baptized by John the Baptist which was the ordination by God with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit upon Jesus. He was further pronounced as the corner of the foundation of the church, not a building but a people. Which he is the high priest of and will always be.  The Saviour and King  of mankind  forever in time. No one comes to the father except through him.

Other claims to what Jesus the Christ started;

Mostly false claims by mankind to accelerate mankind's own dogma. You can do your own research online but it is a vast topic.
